Today I feel overwhelmed, I did not feel great over the weekend, I catched a stomach bug and yesterday was the worst of all. 😱
2 main things are essential in these cases: keep idrated and rest.
My partner was too tired to support me overnight with the kids. This is to remind all the women that they have a husband/partner that helps you with the kids look at him and feel proud because it makes a huge difference in everyday life.
Did I rest? No I woke up at list 4 times overnight to attend the youngest needs. 🤦♀️
